Orders Are Shipped Via USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/ DHL. Once Your Order Is Shipped, You Will Receive Tracking Details Via Email. Please Allow 24-48Hrs For Tracking To Update.
If your order is returned to us you will be subject to a reship fee.
The best day to order any Natural or 613 unit is Friday. Units ship out Sunday night, which is Monday morning in China, and you’ll receive your order by Tuesday or Wednesday. When you place an order, it won’t be put in until our nighttime—which is China’s morning. For example, our Tuesday night is China’s Wednesday morning. The only day units will not be put in that same night is Saturday—Saturday is China’s Sunday, and the factories are closed. So any orders placed on Saturday will be processed Sunday night instead.
Due to a recent tariff increase, a $10 fee has been added to the shipping price. As a result, the new balance is $22. This updated rate applies to all preorders, bundles, wigs, and closures.

We do not offer overnight shipping on pre-orders. All pre-orders are made to order by our supplier and require standard processing times.
However, overnight shipping is available for on-hand inventory at a flat rate of $65.
Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it. If your order has not been delivered within two weeks after placing the order, please inform us promptly. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages after two weeks from the order date. It is your responsibility to track the order and notify us immediately of any issues. Signature is required for all deliveries.
