When you place an order, it won’t be put in until our nighttime—which is China’s morning. For example, our Tuesday night is China’s Wednesday morning. The only day units will not be put in that same night is Saturday—Saturday is China’s Sunday, and the factories are closed. So any orders placed on Saturday will be processed Sunday night instead.
Preorders and on-hand units shipping fees are both $15. On-hand shipping is if you stay outside of the Tampa area, and on-hand delivery/pickup is for the Tampa area.
All orders are shipped via FedEx, unless otherwise stated. This applies to both preorders and on-hand units.
For preorders and on-hand units, express is used, with a delivery time of 2–3 business days.
Shipping Fee: $15 for both preorders and on-hand units.
On-hand units ship the same day if ordered before 6:00 PM (EST).
We do not offer overnight shipping on pre-orders. All pre-orders are made to order by our supplier and require standard processing times.
Overnight shipping is available for on-hand inventory at a flat rate of $70.
Delivery and pickup are free and should only be selected if you stay in the Tampa area and are ordering an on-hand unit only.
Due to the nature for our products all sales are FINAL. If you have any discrepancies or concerns you must contact our customer service within 24-48 hours after receiving your order.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Due To The nature Of the product returns can not be accepted.

Full name, phone number, and email are required on all orders.
All off-site payments (Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, or cash) must be paid in full — no exceptions.
